B.D.N., also known as Brilliant Dynamites Neon, runs the Bad Lad Gang—basically a crew of desert bandits who've made a name for themselves robbing travelers between Inepril and May. He first shows up when his gang tries to hijack the sand steamer carrying Vash, Meryl, and Milly, after spotting the massive safe on board and seeing it as their big score.
