Mikazuki is a pirate captain and the sole member of the Big Helmet Pirates. He's best known for threatening Galley-La, only to get taken down by them afterward. He sports a distinctive oversized spherical helmet decorated with a crescent moon design and has prominent fangs that give him a demon-like appearance. His bounty sits at 36,000,000 Belli.
In the filler arcs, he shows up working as a debt collector but gets easily defeated by Zoro. His name literally means "crescent moon" in Japanese, which matches his moon-emblazoned helmet.
