A minor member of Yamaguchi's crew who basically has the bad luck of being in Haru's way when things go south. He's the first one to take a hit when Haru loses it, and honestly, he doesn't stick around after that—he's outta there the moment Haru starts heading toward him.
The guy's got some self-awareness about his situation though. He's complained that having money doesn't automatically make you popular, especially with women. Despite being loaded, he's struck out pretty hard in the dating department, which apparently bugs him enough to mention it.
