A criminal operating under Razor's command, he's got a serious rap sheet—theft, murder, rape, and a bunch of other charges stacked against him. The guy's basically a thug doing dirty work.
Things get personal when Killua beats him in their first sumo match and burns his face in the process. After that, he's obsessed with revenge. In their second fight, he gets his shot—though it turns out Killua threw the match on purpose, which has to sting even worse.
But here's where he finally draws a line. When Razor orders him to take a dive in the third match against Killua, something snaps. He refuses, deciding he's done following orders. It doesn't end well—Razor kills him for the insubordination.
