Masaya Komatsu
A police inspector who used to work alongside Rindou. Like the rest of the force, he trained in martial arts under Master Youdani—part of what made their precinct pretty formidable in a fight. He's best known as Rindou's former colleague, though their actual dynamic and history together remain somewhat understated in most accounts.
