A laid-back guy who runs the beachside "South Wind" restaurant down in Shounan. He's known for being incredibly loud and cheerful—the kind of person who lights up a room. Beyond the restaurant, he also works at a guitar store, which fits his vibe pretty well.
He's close with Tomomi, and it's actually through that friendship that Akitsuki Fuuka, Haruna Yuu, and Mikasa Makoto all ended up working part-time shifts at his place. He seems to be the type who naturally brings people together.
