Duke Inuarashi is a canine mink who rules the Mokomo Dukedom alongside Nekomamushi—though their arrangement is pretty unique. He's known as the "Ruler of Day" because he literally takes the helm from 6 AM to 6 PM, then hands things over to his co-ruler when night falls. Both he and Nekomamushi serve as retainers for the Kozuki Family of Wano Country, a connection that runs deep in their history.
