Minko works as an apprentice chef at Kissuisou, where she also lives. She's known for being pretty cold and blunt—she literally told Ohana to "die" when they first met, though she switched to calling her a balut after Ohana complained that was too harsh. Despite being genuinely hardworking in the kitchen, she has a tendency to shut down when called out for mistakes and often ends up on the receiving end of Ohana's chaos. What really gets to her is watching Ohana get praised by the other staff; she gets visibly jealous about it. She and Ohana go to the same high school along with Nako and Yuina.
