Rokujo Chikage
Chikage runs a biker gang and is known for being a pretty shameless flirt—he's usually surrounded by women who are clearly into him. Despite his playboy reputation, he's got a strict code: he won't fight women under any circumstances, whether they're allies or enemies. It's one of his defining character traits, even if it seems at odds with everything else about him.
He's genuinely tough in a fight. He went up against Shizuo in the fifth novel and held his own, which is no small feat. Later on, things get messy when his gang members end up getting attacked, and by the sixth novel he's already throwing down with Kadota by the story's end. The friction between him and that crew seems to be escalating.
