Synopsis

Shizuo Heiwajima's legendary temper lands an entire biker gang from Saitama in the hospital. Their leader, Chikage Rokujou—strong, good-looking, and a total womanizer—decides to come to Ikebukuro and get even. But he's not just after Shizuo; Chikage and his crew want payback against the Dollars too, who've apparently been causing problems in Saitama. With Masaomi Kida out of the picture, Mikado Ryuugamine faces a new headache. His junior, Aoba Kuronuma, somehow figures out who runs the Dollars and won't leave Mikado alone about it. Mikado's been trying to stay away from the gang after getting advice from some anonymous online user—probably Kida—but then their chat gets a new member posting disturbing stuff about the Dollars being violent. Now it's harder to just ignore them. Around the same time, Celty Sturluson takes on a job for yakuza member Haruya Shiki. While she's gone, a young girl randomly attacks Shizuo and refuses to say why. When Shinra Kishitani tries to step in, a mysterious pair of Russians show up out of nowhere—and they're dead set on kidnapping the girl.
