Ururu is a quiet, black-haired girl who spends most of her time doing chores around the shop and helping Urahara train Ichigo. She's also Karakura Pink, the pink ranger in Don Kanoji's superhero team, and fights using a multi-barreled cannon.
There's something oddly robotic about the way she responds to threats—whether it's injuries or a hollow showing up out of nowhere. Jinta's noticed she can sense spiritual presences, especially arrancar, and when she does, her moral compass gets pretty simplistic: anything that causes her harm is an enemy, and enemies need to be destroyed. No gray area.
Her fighting ability is the weird part. She doesn't look like much, but Urahara's vague about it being at an "anti-shinigami" level, which is basically him saying "trust me, she's strong." Her leg strength in particular is absurdly high—like, stronger than Kon when he's piloting Ichigo's body. The best example of this is when she kicked the arrancar Ilfort Grantz so hard in the head during his fight with Renji that she forced him to release his zanpakutō. In the anime, she also delivers a brutal kick to Sawatari's giant whale doll, Baura, just to drive the point home.
