Numb Chandelier is a female Hollow with an octopus-like appearance who'd rather keep her distance than get up close. She typically hangs suspended in the air—which is basically her whole thing, hence the name. When it comes to combat, she's not particularly aggressive by nature, but she's got a nasty trick: she fires seed-like projectiles that burrow into human bodies and let her take control of them, turning people into mindless puppets for her to throw at enemies. She can also launch these seeds as direct attacks if needed.
Her reign doesn't last long, though. Orihime Inoue takes her down after awakening her latent spiritual powers during a moment where she's trying to protect her friend Tatsuki Arisawa. It's the kind of fight that serves as a turning point for Orihime's abilities.
