One of Makoto's coworkers who's definitely not winning any workplace professionalism awards. He's a single guy with a pretty active fantasy life and isn't shy about sharing crude comments—the kind that regularly make Makoto uncomfortable.
Okahama used to think he was pretty smooth with women until he overheard some of the female colleagues talking about the kinds of guys they can't stand. That's when reality hit: turns out he's got some real issues. He's self-centered, thinks mostly about his own wants, and the whole experience was apparently a real ego check for him. It's the kind of moment that probably should've made him reflect, but probably didn't.
