Agent serves as the Grand Overseer of Sangvis Ferri, essentially acting as the voice relaying orders from the Mastermind to everyone else in the organization. Despite being classified as a Rear Command type Android, she's capable of serious combat—but that's not really her main gig. Her real job is keeping SF's communication and logistics running smoothly, and she apparently handles a lot of Elisa's day-to-day needs too. Elisa leans on her heavily, and Agent sits right at the top of SF's chain of command, answering only to Elisa herself.
Personality-wise, Agent comes across as ruthless but not crude about it. She's composed and level-headed, treating both allies and enemies with a respectful demeanor. That said, her tone shifts depending on who she's talking to—she keeps things formal and polite around her Master, but switches to a cruder, more vulgar way of speaking with enemies or incompetent underlings. She's also got a pretty obvious chip on her shoulder when it comes to G&K.
