Eagle's the ace pilot everyone knows—blonde, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. She'll greet you with a hug if you're on her good side. She's got an obvious soft spot for Yashiodoori Haruka, whom she calls "Daddy," and it's pretty clear she's got some daddy issues going on there.
Despite her impressive kill record, Eagle comes across as kind of immature. She's got a childish streak that shows in how she interacts with people. Phantom's figured this out and uses it to her advantage—she finds Eagle easy to push around and manipulate. The two definitely don't get along; Eagle actively dislikes Phantom for fighting dirty and not playing fair.
