She's got a reputation for keeping to herself and not really getting close to other magical girls, but that distance doesn't mean she's checked out. If anything, she's been actively collecting intel on the weird "rumors" spreading through Kamihama, treating the investigation like it matters more than making friends. She's been around long enough to know what she's doing, which probably explains why other magical girls take her seriously even when she's not exactly friendly.
