Qing Xiong
Qing Xiong, also called the Golden-winged Great Peng, is one of the Three Sages of the Yaojin Palace—a trio that includes Chong Ming and Kong Xuan. Though he travels widely, he's understood to be Chang'an's protector.
He's essentially responsible for kicking off the main story of Tianbao Fuyao Lu. Qing Xiong entrusted Kong Hongjun with the Heart Lamp necklace and tasked him with uncovering the truth behind his father's death, which sets everything in motion.
