Martin Reest
Martin's been working for Baby for about three years now, handling whatever jobs come his way—with one pretty major exception: he won't take anything involving women. That's a hard line for him, which makes sense given his past. He did eight years in prison after being convicted of killing his girlfriend and her lover.
When Peter Čapek calls him up with a bodyguard gig, it's awkward timing. Eva Heinemann's been targeted by Roberto and needs protection, and naturally, she's a woman. Martin really doesn't want it, but he takes the job anyway, just reluctantly as hell.
Spending time with Eva changes things though. What starts as a begrudging assignment gradually becomes something more as the two get closer.
