Tararan
A General Zombie serving under Gekko Moriah, Tararan was basically the guy running things for the Spider Mice army on Thriller Bark. He's best known for catching the Thousand Sunny in his massive webs, which is what forced the Straw Hat Pirates to actually set foot on the island in the first place. So yeah, he's kind of responsible for the whole mess that follows.
