Patricia Birdway
Patricia is Leivinia's younger sister and shows up throughout the Toaru Majutsu no Index series as a supporting character. She's got similar looks to Leivinia—short blonde hair, blue eyes—and typically wears a light-blue track suit with a white vest and headphones slung around her shoulders.
Unlike her sister, Patricia stays completely out of the magic scene and doesn't know that Leivinia leads a major organization. That said, the two are genuinely close, and Patricia clearly knows more about her sister's life than most people would expect—she's just not clued in to the bigger picture. She exists mostly outside the supernatural conflicts that drive the series, which keeps her grounded in a more normal world than most characters around her.
