Curiel commands the 10th Division of the Whitebeard Pirates.
He's a big, solidly built guy with glasses who rocks a bucket hat and ear protectors that look like modern headphones. The Whitebeard jolly roger is tattooed on his chin. He typically wears a vest over spotted army pants.
Like the other division commanders under Whitebeard, Curiel is deeply loyal to his captain. This showed clearly when he fought Moria—he wasn't about to let either Whitebeard or his crewmate Ace die on his watch.
