Ren Ichinose is a guy who typically wears contacts, though he does have glasses. He's been bouncing between jobs—he used to work at a cafe but switched to the gas station once things got complicated in his love life.
For most of the series, he's dating Mayuka, who happens to be Daiki's older sister. But as the story goes on, Ren realizes he's actually fallen for Ninako instead. What's interesting is that Mayuka picks up on his feelings and, understanding the situation, decides to break things off with him. It's a pretty mature way to handle it, honestly.
