Sapi is a fish salesman best known for his brief encounter with Sanji involving an Elephant Tuna Fish. In the manga, he actually sells Sanji the fish, but the anime changes this—instead of completing the sale, he tips Sanji off about a cooking competition where the fish serves as the grand prize.
Visually, Sapi's most distinctive feature is his small ponytail, which oddly enough resembles a fish fin.
