Tanktop Master is a heavily muscled hero who, like his fellow tanktop-themed counterparts Tiger and Black Hole, rocks the signature sleeveless look with short hair. The official color spread shows him with blonde hair and a blue tank top, though his name doesn't actually reference a specific color the way the others do.
What sets him apart from a lot of heroes is his old-school chivalry. He's the type to worry about Tornado handling dangerous situations solo, even though she's ranked second and, well, actually an adult—but he seems genuinely concerned about what he perceives as a young girl taking on too much. He's also refreshingly willing to call it when he's beaten. When he went up against the Dark Matter Thieves and got completely outmatched by Tornado, he had no problem admitting she was just on another level.
