Rutile is a wizard from the Southern Country who works as a school teacher. He's best known for his gentle demeanor and his idealistic vision of humans and wizards coexisting peacefully. He's also Mitile's older brother.
Like his younger sibling, Rutile lost his parents early in life. The two grew up together with help from people around them, and he's carried that experience of community support into his adult life and teaching career.
