Peek-a-Boo's whole gimmick revolves around his bizarre curse: Strong the Budo forces him back into a baby form after every win, meaning he always starts matches as an infant. The weird thing is, his baby self actually has an insane learning capacity—he can pick up and copy his opponent's techniques almost instantly. But once he grows into his adult form, he tends to forget those basic moves he just mastered. It's a seriously limiting weakness that makes his matches pretty unpredictable.
