Norihiko is the president of the Death Sweepers company. Although initially against hiring Hiroyuki, he decides to employ him after seeing Hiroyuki's determination. He speaks in Kansai dialect when drunk, and used to work at an insurance company in Kobe before opening Death Sweepers in Tokyo.
