Background
Hoodlum's a career criminal locked up for theft and blackmail, originally facing a four-year sentence. He got his shot at freedom when the Akudama crew crashed through the underground prison during a breakout. After overhearing them mention a job worth serious money, he ditched his cell and tagged along, figuring it beat rotting away.
Personality
Money's his whole thing—he'll bend the law without hesitation to get it. He likes to front toughness, but he's basically a coward who subscribes to the "if you can't beat them, join them" philosophy. What keeps him grounded is his genuine loyalty to the crew; despite being physically weak, he shows real consideration and faith in his comrades. Fair warning though: he's a chronic liar.
Appearance
Hoodlum looks every bit the stereotypical street criminal—pale and shaggy. He wears a purple suit with red stripes over a yellow collared shirt, paired with light-brown leather shoes and orange-tinted sunglasses that probably say more about his aspirations than his actual style. He's got green hair twisted up on his head, hazel eyes, thin sideburns, and a simple necklace.
