Synopsis

Kansai looks like a gleaming tech paradise on the surface—all neon lights and digital screens everywhere. But dig deeper into the shadowy side streets, and you'll find the real underbelly: criminals called "Akudama" who operate in the darkness. The police are about to execute one of the most notorious Akudama out there—a guy nicknamed "Cutthroat" who's killed 999 people. But before they can carry it out, several top-tier Akudama get a mysterious job offer: break Cutthroat out of custody for serious cash. Someone's pulling strings to bring these dangerous people together, and they're timing it perfectly with the execution. What was supposed to be a routine public spectacle is about to turn into chaos.
