Guido Mista is one of the core members of Bruno's crew in part 5. His stand, Sex Pistols, is a colony stand made up of six bullet-like entities living inside his revolver—numbered 1 through 7, deliberately skipping 4. He's obsessed with avoiding the number 4, viewing it as deeply unlucky ever since childhood; the superstition stuck with him partly because the Japanese character for four sounds like the word for death.
The stand itself is fairly straightforward: Mista can control where his bullets go and direct the Pistols to handle various tasks, but they're temperamental. Each one has its own personality, and they won't cooperate if they're hungry—feeding them is basically part of his job. Fans often compare Sex Pistols to Hol Horse's The Emperor in terms of how it works mechanically.
Before joining Bruno's gang, Mista had a rough encounter with some gangsters who opened fire on him. Every shot missed, and instead of running, he grabbed a gun and took them all down. He ended up in prison for most of his teenage years until Bucciarati bailed him out and brought him into the fold. After that, he managed to pass Polpo's test and became a proper member of the organization.
