Malva is a Fire-type Master Trainer who serves on the Kalos Elite Four. She's best known for her dual role as a TV personality—she hosts her own show on the Holo Caster and isn't shy about promoting herself as a star of the network.
What makes her interesting is her secret affiliation with Team Flare. She was involved with the organization during the events of Pokémon X and Y, and while her exact rank within the group remains unclear, she had access to classified information. She definitely wasn't happy about the player taking the team down, and she never actually battled the player while working for them.
After Team Flare's defeat, she assists Looker in the Lumiose City sidequests, where they work together to stop Xerosic from executing his plans.
