Gido is best known as one of three fighters who take on Gon and Killua when they reach the 200th floor of Heavens Arena. What's notable about him is that he'd made it all the way to that floor without ever learning Nen—until he got hit with a malicious aura attack during his match, which forced his awakening to the ability. The encounter cost him both his legs, though he adapted and continued fighting afterward.
As an Enhancer, Gido fights using spinning tops as weapons, which he manipulates with his Nen abilities.
