Lord Boros runs the Dark Matter Thieves, an alien invasion force that razed A-City to the ground. He's obsessed with finding a real fight—something that's proven nearly impossible given how far above everyone else he operates.
The guy's a slim, one-eyed alien with pale spiky hair and pointed ears covered in earrings. His whole face and body are marked with these jagged crack-like patterns, and oddly enough he's got a second eye below his chest that mirrors the first one. When we first meet him, he's wearing heavy body armor that actually dampens his power. Once Saitama shatters that armor, Boros reveals his true form—more muscular, darker skin, scales and spikes emerging across his body, and those crack markings glowing with raw energy.
His ultimate form, the Meteoric Burst, is something else entirely. His hair grows long down his back, his eyes go completely black, and his entire body becomes a blazing mass of energy while the markings shift back to a darker shade.
Personality-wise, Boros is exactly what you'd expect from someone who's never lost a fight. He's arrogant as hell and craves combat above all else. He's been traveling the universe for ages just trying to find someone strong enough to give him a decent battle. A prophet eventually told him that on some distant planet—Earth, as it turns out—he'd finally meet his match. That prophecy brought him here.
