Dracula Man is one of Baba's supernatural fighters—a vampire Muay Thai kickboxer known for dragging out his matches with an obnoxiously long Wai khru ram muay ritual dance. In his first bout against Kuririn, he manages to drain some blood, but Kuririn breaks free and ultimately loses by ring out anyway. Things get messier when he faces off against Pu'ar and Upa. The duo seems outmatched at first, until Upa loads up on garlic and starts breathing on him, forcing Dracula Man to pivot toward biting Pu'ar instead—except Pu'ar turns into a porcupine right before contact, leaving Dracula Man's mouth full of quills. When Upa then assumes a cross-like fighting stance, it completely spooks him. He panics and transforms into a bat to escape, but Pu'ar quickly morphs into a giant hand and swats him straight out of the ring.
There's a brief cameo in the Dragon Ball Z anime during the Android Saga where Dracula Man appears as part of a biker gang chasing the Androids while they cruise around in their van.
