Satsuki Myoudouin
Satsuki is Itsuki's older brother in Heartcatch Pretty Cure! and plays a pretty minor role in the series. He's mostly known for being chronically ill, which actually shapes a lot of Itsuki's character—her tough, independent personality stems partly from having to look after him while he's stuck dealing with his health issues. He doesn't get a ton of screentime, but he matters enough to explain why Itsuki is the way she is.
