He's one of the Ten Patch Priests—basically the highest authority within the Patch Tribe—and serves as the official overseer for both Lyserg Diethel and the X-Laws Teams. So he's pretty much in charge of keeping tabs on Lyserg and managing the X-Laws' operations.
