The Swamp Demon was a demon responsible for a string of kidnappings that Tanjiro encountered during his earliest days with the Demon Killing Corps.
Physically, he appeared as a pale young man with long blue hair accented by two violet strands framing his face, held in place by golden hair ornaments. Like most demons, he had sharp claws, but his most distinctive feature was his prominent forehead veins that essentially served as eyebrows. His eyes were solid red without pupils and marked by heavy dark circles.
What made this demon unusual was his ability to split into three separate bodies, each with its own distinct appearance and personality. All three wore shinobi-style clothing, though each variation differed in significant ways.
The primary body had a single horn centered on its forehead and wore a full-length long-sleeved shinobi uniform with mesh detailing at the wrists and neck. The neck mesh notably featured three small hanging ribbons. Inside his coat were hidden compartments where he stored hairpins taken from his victims.
The second form sprouted two horns positioned on either side of its forehead. This version ditched the sleeves entirely, instead featuring small triangular mesh panels in the armpits and a larger triangular mesh across the chest.
The third body was horned differently, bearing three horns distributed across the forehead. This form wore a shinobi outfit with mesh panels along the sides of the arms, shoulders, and torso, layered over a sleeveless turtleneck underneath.
