When Ushijima Finance got hit next—with the perpetrator walking away empty-handed after finding the safe already cleaned out—the station hesitated to connect it to the other crimes, though they reported on the incident anyway.
What the news team didn't know was messier than their headlines suggested. The successful robberies were actually pulled off by Jiro the Jorogumo, who'd been impersonating Tetsuo the whole time.
