Haru
An elderly woman with the ability to see spirits. She's best known for her role in Toushiro Hitsugaya's past—when he was sent to the Human World early in his career to gain experience hunting Hollows, Haru took him under her wing and cared for him during that time. Their bond from those days clearly left an impression on the young captain.
