Mitsuru's the type who's always grinning and full of energy, but he's not winning any academic awards anytime soon. He tends to zone out when people are talking to him, completely misses sarcasm, and prefers to keep things simple—complicated vocabulary just goes over his head. None of this really bothers him though. As a first-year, he's already become indispensable around the sports clubs thanks to genuinely quick reflexes and a helpful attitude.
What he really loves is running. You'll catch him dashing around the school grounds constantly, just for the joy of it. When he's exhausted, his solution is straightforward: find some grass, lie down in the sun, and drift off to sleep right there. That carefree, oblivious energy pretty much sums him up—he doesn't overthink anything and doesn't seem to worry much either.
