Kinemon is a samurai from Wano Country who the Straw Hats famously encountered in pieces at Punk Hazard. He takes bushido seriously—so seriously that he was genuinely ashamed of being dismembered without dying, claiming he'd have committed suicide over the disgrace if he could manage it. Even scattered across the island, he refused to let go of his pride.
Honorable to a fault, he bowed deeply to Sanji (trapped in Nami's body) for saving his torso and couldn't stop thanking him. He takes traditional ideals about gender roles extremely seriously, expecting women to walk three steps behind men and speak softly. Nami's entire existence offended him—he called her shameless and violent, and felt genuinely disgraced whenever she hit him. Whether this reflects actual Wano culture or just Kinemon's personal hangups remains unclear.
The funny part is how his old-fashioned act completely falls apart around attractive women. He was horrified by Nami's clothing choices but couldn't stop staring at her chest. He's also notorious for a truly bizarre special ability: talking through his farts. It's exactly as rude as it sounds.
His devotion to Momonosuke (who he believed was his son) drove his entire arc at Punk Hazard. He braved the island and challenged a Shichibukai just to find him. Even dismembered, his torso and detached leg kept fighting anything in their path, desperate to protect the kid.
He's apparently never heard of Devil Fruits—he just called his power "a strange fruit" instead of naming it properly.
