Lily was one of Bellamy's crew members, introduced during the Jaya Arc. She first showed up alongside Sarquiss and became the only member of the crew's rank-and-file to actually get a name—which tells you something about her role in the story. She stuck around for most of what the crew got involved in on Jaya, though she basically disappeared once Doflamingo showed up to deal with Bellamy.
Personality-wise, Lily had the same cocky attitude as everyone else in her crew. She's probably best remembered for mocking Sarquiss when he threw money at Luffy, Zoro, and Nami, telling him not to waste cash on them. She came across as genuinely snobbish about the Straw Hats, convinced they were beneath her. The disbelief on her and Mani's faces when Nami rejected Sarquiss's attempt to buy her away from Luffy's crew is a pretty funny moment that captures how arrogant they all were.
