Momoka is a one-off character from the anime who shows up in the episode "Don't Cry, Lonely Little Zakuro." She's basically a lonely kid obsessed with Zakuro Fujiwara, treating her like an idol.
The story goes that Momoka meets Ichigo for the first time on her birthday when Ichigo visits her daycare. Ichigo brings a cake that Keiichiro made, but Momoka refuses to eat it—she's so desperate to stay thin like Zakuro that she's convinced eating will turn her into someone like Ichigo. She even calls Ichigo "an old woman," which obviously ticks her off. Masaya's there too, and he and Ichigo catch Momoka striking poses like Zakuro, which they make sure to point out to her.
