Fall Group Leader
He runs Fall group and is basically the face of the operation. These days he's known as a young, successful internet entrepreneur—the type who studied in America, picked up fluent English and Spanish, and came back with serious business chops.
Within the group itself, he and Ran are the ones really calling the shots. They're pretty demanding about it too, keeping the other members on strict quotas and making sure everyone's pulling their weight.
The group's name is a bit of a play on words: "Aki" literally means "fall" in Japanese, while "haza" refers to those traditional rice straw coverings farmers use during harvest season. So there's definitely an agricultural vibe baked into the whole thing.
