Sumie is a youkai who spent years sealed inside a pot hidden in a closet at an onsen inn. When Natsume stumbled upon her, she managed to trick him into returning her name—but her endgame was darker than a simple escape. Once free, she had every intention of harming the people around her, making her one of the more genuinely dangerous youkai Natsume's encountered.
