Kashiwagi Nao is a supporting character in Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso. She's best known as Tsubaki Sawabe's close friend, and the two are pretty much inseparable throughout the series. While not a main focus, Nao shows up regularly enough to matter to the story's social dynamics, especially when it comes to how the friend group interacts.
