Yanagisako Aomi
Aomi's a supporting character in A Certain Scientific Railgun, best known as Konori Mii's roommate and classmate. The two are pretty close—they're also both members of Judgment, though Aomi doesn't show up on cases all that often.
Not much is known about her esper ability or its level. She tends to stay out of the spotlight compared to the main cast, which is probably why fans don't see her doing actual Judgment work very frequently.
