Chika Fujiwara serves as secretary of the Shuchiin Academy student council. She's been close friends with Shinomiya since middle school, and she's basically the wildcard of the group—scatterbrained, loves to gossip, and constantly derails whatever schemes Shinomiya and Shirogane have cooking. That said, she's actually the most grounded of the bunch, which is saying something. She's often the one trying to help her more dysfunctional council mates work through their issues and actually get better at, you know, being normal people.
