Synopsis

At Shuchiin Academy, Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya are basically royalty. Miyuki's the student council president and the top student in the entire country—everyone respects him. Kaguya, vice president and the eldest daughter of the insanely wealthy Shinomiya family, is just as accomplished. Naturally, people assume they're the perfect couple. The thing is, they're both completely into each other. They just refuse to say it. Because whoever confesses first loses—and losing means being looked down on, being the weaker one. So instead of actually talking to each other like normal people, they're locked in this ridiculous battle of wills, each determined to make the other admit their feelings first. It's pride versus love, and neither one's willing to budge an inch.
