Kaguya Shinomiya is the vice president of Shuchiin Academy's student council and a member of the prestigious Shinomiya Zaibatsu—basically a genius who can excel at pretty much anything she puts effort into. Growing up in a wealthy, high-powered family meant she developed a natural tendency to look down on others and figure out how to use them to her advantage. It's just how she was raised.
Before joining the student council, Kaguya kept to herself and didn't really interact with people much. That's started changing, though. The thing is, she's incredibly sheltered—the kind of person who lacks some pretty basic common sense and genuinely doesn't understand love the way most people do. Her main goal right now is to get Miyuki Shirogane to fall for her and confess his feelings first. She's determined to win that particular mind game.
